My Daddy

Out of all the people that miss him,
I miss him the most..
now he's in heaven
teaching 12 little angels that call him coach.

that beautiful smile of his
would just brighten my day
so my skies would be a gorgeous blue
instead of a dark lonely gray.

the touch of his hand
told me I was safe with him by my side
now those were days,
when Daddy was the love of my life.

now he's in heaven
looking down on me
crying his eyes out,
which makes the rain for everyone to see..
