Broken

I laugh at you for trying
to hurt me with those words
but no matter how much you try
those words will never hurt

you cant break whats already broken
you can only hurt it more
but I'm already torn apart
and you cant tear whats already torn

yes i was hurt
and i admit i did cry
but you cant break me
cause I'm already broken inside

    I really enjoyed this piece. The first line of your second stanza was brilliant! The flow was off in the last stanza, but other than that, it was a sad piece!
