Whiskey Hatred.

by Groovy   Sep 16, 2007

I promised myself
I wouldn't cry anymore
you've shut me out of your life
you've completely closed the door

do you remember my birthday
do you remember my age
every single time you ask
I write hatred on the page

We used to be a happy family
but that whiskey made you change
I remember that night like it was yesterday
the night everything got rearranged

I only wish I'll find someone
unlike you
someone that will keep me happy
all the promises marked as true

one day we will meet again
a hug and a kiss I will lend
then I will leave you all alone
and go back to my life and home

daddy, i love you
but all the promises you made are marked untrue
I will not cry anymore
because I have closed my door.
