PHONE CALL

It took me by surprise when you asked me to call
I picked up the phone; didnt hesitate at all

We talked for an hour about random things
You played music for me so I sat listening

You sang and rapped for me, gave me a good laugh
Gave me some percents, told me to do the math

Every minute I was on the phone, my face displayed a smile
That went on and on for millions of miles

Your finally talking to me and I cant wait til when
I will get to see you again

Maybe Ill have to be sick more often so we can talk some more
But how do I know you wont go back to how you were before?

Im going to take this step by step, start off from scratch
Take my feelings on a new path
