Guys are jerks
We should know this
Most will leave
After that first kiss

You fall for them
You watch them from a far
In the end they prove
How stupid they really are

They might find someone else
Or not date you
All the while thinking
"She'll find someone new"

But we picked them to start
That was a mistake
We thought they were perfect
That they would give more than take

I guess we were wrong
You take what we feel
Then give it back
Thinking we'll quickly heal

But it's not as easy
As you may think
Because rejection struck us
And now we sink

It'll take some time
For this to pass
But you need to understand
It doesn't happen that fast

If you think we were playing
For us it's not a game
After that rejection
We're never quite the same

Because you don't see
Our pain and sorrow
We show it publicly
And it won't stop by tomorrow

Cutting, starving
Reclusion and suicide
All these may happen
Unless you turn the tide

Think of her feelings
Treat her right
Don't think about whether she's good-looking
Or the difference in height

Because no matter what
She still likes you
So treat her with respect
It's the least you could do

If you do what I say
You might see the light
So maybe now
You can do something right
