I sit here watching you, everyday
i want so bad but i no i cant have you
you are my best friend and i love you
but you don't no how much

i wonder if i will ever get to be with you
in your arms, hand in hand
i want to be that girl
the only one you love and hold

i want to be with you
but i know i cant
because your my best friend

    I don't understand. Why can't he be with you if he's your best friend? I think friendship is the first step of love.
    That last line is really disturbing :S
    The poem was nicely done, though.
