Memories Undescribable

by Indian Comma Bean   Sep 22, 2007

The clouds blew over
the bright morning sky,
the birds flew by
calling out to each other.

It was all so mesmerizing,
under the shadow of
an oaken tower,
taking it all in.

The grass was so lush,
the plains hit by
a gentle soft breeze,
it was all so peaceful.

We walk across the fields,
each flower a vibrant scent,
branding in our mind
an everlasting memory.

The dusty trail leads on,
as we walk down the path,
forgetting who we are,
forgetting all the sadness.

Our hands entwine
as well as our hearts,
we need not say anything,
for we already understand.

The love was undeniable,
the scenery so peaceful,
the day so perfect,
the memory indescribable...

The clouds blew over
the brilliant crimson sky,
the birds flew by,
and we found ourselves

walking into the sunset...
