Those Words

Everyday you used to say to me that you loved me
and i believed it
everyday you used to say to me we will last forever
and i believed it

everyday you told a lie
and yet i believed it
when i heard those words
i felt like i was in heaven

i used to hear those words
till you had had enough
i used to love those words
till you had had enough

when you said those words
i would believe every bit
when i got those words
i would believe every bit

till one day you had enough
i had to be the brave one
and say the words you couldn't
even though you did everything to protect me
you couldn't do everything to put those words to me

i believed that you were the one
and you loved me
you made me believe it
but then you broke my heart into bits

so that day you tried to make me believe it
it wouldn't work that time
you were always on my mind till that day
those dreams wont be remade
so today ill pick up the pieces of my heart and be done

i will never be able to love you ever again
but i will always be there for you
