Child's View

by x Mo x   Oct 1, 2007

The sky isn't just blue.
The grass isn't just green.
Words aren't just letters,
Even if I don't know what they mean.

A great big sea
For a giant cloud whale.
It swims though the sky
Looking for its mail.

A castle grounds
All green and soft.
Tie up the prisoners
In the tree loft.

Small isn't small.
Big isn't big.
I want to go to China.
Get me a shovel, I'll dig.

A cute little dog,
A cuddly cat.
A pretty pink dress
With a bright green hat.

Tonka trucks,
Build the world of fun.
An endless world created
Before the day's done.

Three robbers caught.
The world saved twice.
Have a wedding.
Throw rice.

The fun continues.
A new dream every day.
Never bored, always ready
For daily the world has a new game to play.
