School Poem

by Taylor   Oct 10, 2007

Stuck in this room, the walls are closing in
I don't know what to do, there's goosebumps on my skin
The teacher glares, right at your face
She's so mean that you want out of this place
"No talking, no laughing, no having fun"
Her words let you know you have not won
Silence in the class, not one sound
She'd yell if even a pencil hit the ground
Shh, be quiet! You'll get in trouble
You'll scrape your knee when you hit the stubble
This class is so boring! There's nothing to do
Hopefully this time flys by and then we'll get through
I look around, everyone else bored as well
Oh geez please help me, it's like a spell
I want out of here! Did I forget to mention?
This classroom I'm stuck in is the horrible word:

Lunch Detention.
