The knife in my hand
you on the phone
i made the choice
and did not hear your voice

your the reason i did it
but i wont admit it

you did not try and stop me
but now you wish you did
after hearing the news
i was pregnant with your kid

a muffled cry
a silent scream
and all a dial tone
what did it mean

i lost my life
all for you
but who knew

    Very good,
    the last stanza is a bit short

    "i lost my life
    all for you
    but who knew"

    i lost my life ,
    all for you.
    but no one really knew.

    adding one or 2 Syllable's
    creates a big deference between great poems
    and decent poems.
