Breaking This Now

This pain you have put me through I can not explain in most words.
So writing this poem is the way I will be heard

It started out so great, then it was broken and re-newed.
And now that you've broken me again, I'm not sure if I want to trust you.

Even though she has hurt me I can't get her out of my mind.
I truly do hope that this is the last time.

She beckons me to unknown waters with a smile on her face.
But when I follow her out she leaves me and so once again, my trust is erased.

And although my heart says "I love her" my brain understand,
that she'll just tear my hear apart with her f-u-c-k-i-n-g bare hands.

So this time I'm not going with you to the deep end.
I hope for yourself you can fend.

Because I'm breaking this now,
because I'll just be broken and used.

I'm breaking this now,
no more do I love you.
