Little Piece of White Paper

by X Kashies Misery X   Oct 15, 2007

I write a little note down with red pen on a small squared piece of ripped paper,
I smile at it as I press it to my lips.

I will never tell a soul,
I will never let anyone know...
Know just who he is,
Just what he does....
That makes my heart beat as loud as thunder...

I twist it up and then untwist it again,
I rip the edges and sticky tape them back again,
I draw on it and then re draw on it again,

So when is it time?
The right time to tell HIM?....

"Hey O'Dell," HE says with a smile,
"Is anyone sitting there? can I sit for a while?"

Oh HOW MY HEART LEAPS WITH JOY!
"You can sit here any day, Troy"

I stroke the paper and twirl it round and round my fingers,
I gasp at it with a huge sigh for a little while...

"Are you going to English class next?" I say,
"Why, yes I am, why?" Says Troy,
"No reason," I smile with joy.

RING!!!!

There goes the bell,
"Good bye Troy," I say,
"Talk later, O'Dell"

I grab my books and walk away,
"HEY! YOU'VE LEFT THIS PIECE OF PAPER A STRAY!"
As Troy opens it up and smiles,

"Will you go out with me?
I will get the answer from you in a while"
