Lost and withered

I lay on the cold damp grass
my heart painfully
beating with desire

my head spinning
my lips quivering
everything is missing.

i watch the sun
hide behind blinds
the night with all its secrets

i wish you could see me now
how much i really love you
how much you need me
not her.

you have nothing
in common with her
like you and me

why are you so sure
that this is love?
your not in love with her
you can't be
she is nothing like you!

my phone rings
your name appered
i hesitate then close the phone
dead line.

i cant speak to you
the pain is too vivid
in my mind i can see you with her
holding her
loving her
why not love me?
