Snow

by MaeThomas   Oct 22, 2007

Snow, charming to her touch, burns unlike before,
And I shall love you, until I love no more."
Sweet caress by moonlights hand; souls will reunite,
Whispering softly, "Love at hand is death at sight."

A soothing breeze glows deathly; "Admit defeat;"
Dash to him; "Without you, I am incomplete."
Master of hearts, dare to breathe a timely death,
"You live too long; mangled veins protest this breath."

Echoes build, tombed cry; "...until I love no more..."
Burned hands touch the snow; souls of love ignore.
Snow, charming to her touch, burns unlike before,
"And I shall love you, until I love no more."

Sweet caress by moonlights hand; souls will reunite,
Whispers softly, "Love at hand is death at sight,"
Nevermore shall igniting bonds bring to touch;
Dangerous ignorance pass; untimely, oh such!

"Succumb! Render mercy, faithless that you be;
In moment's time, lost amidst, but never free."
Woes to woes; love is brutal amongst the cold,
Test precise; taste gracious boundaries nothing holds.

Echoes build; whisper in your ear, "...never free..."
Burned hands cool snow; "You have my heart, and the key."
Snow, charming to her touch, burns unlike before,
"And I shall love you, until I love no more."

A soothing breeze grows deathly; "Admit defeat;"
Dash to him; "Without you, I am incomplete."
Souls mend their hearts; they've not forgotten the dark,
Rendered black, hearts sing pity upon the mark.

"We have lived not in vain, but for love and word,"
Crashing templates for the latter that occurred.
Grasp failing hands that seem lost in time, a shame;
"This is death and love, don't you see-- not a game!"

Echoes build; "Grim arrives soon, my dears, be still,"
"We will not succumb!" Does gasp a greater chill.
Snow, charming to her touch, burns unlike before,
"And I shall love you, until I love no more."
