Sleep

I find sweet serenity when
I close my eyes to sleep
it is the only place i find peace
When in the light i weep
darkness brings me joy
knowing i am not able to be found
lieng on the ground
sleep is my only hiding place
my shelter from the chaos
its the only point in time
I'm not thinking about how you tore me apart

    The rhyme scheme in this poem is very good I like it. Its simple but is put together in a good way.

    First off id like to say thank u for that comment. it was moving, deeply, im not that good of a poet, trust me. and as for this poem it was very good. altho the opposite of me. i barley sleep, lol. but its a good poem thank u for the comment, very much appreciated.
