I don't like the ending line, you should make it more effective and captivating. Other than that this is good poem, very emotional.

I'm not sure if I like the last 2 lines together, "but simply" just feels off to me, other than that it was short and sweet. Nice work.

Not a bad piece, I liked it alot though the last two lines weren't as strong as I thought that they could of been. The start was powerful to me and held you emotions deep within it. The flow was nice and smoothe and the word choice simple yet effective. Overall a good poem.
