Columbine..

by Raychil   Oct 28, 2007

Of all the terror
That ever struck
Of all the fear
That ever stuck

There was nothing else
Like Columbine
There was no year
Like ninety-nine

On a beautiful day
Blood was spilled
Guns were fired
Innocent killed

Teachers would panic
Parents would cry
Students would be helpless
As the watched others die

Why did it happen?
Back then no one knew
But was there anything,
Anyone could do?

Parents met children
Husbands met wives
At least of the families
That loved ones survived

With guns to the brain
The killers had fled
But you can't bring justice
To those who are dead,

Of all the news
Like in ninety-nine
There will never be anything
Like Columbine.
