My Darling

You fight long,
You fight hard,
We know you can fight no more
and as you walk into the light ,
know that your my darling
and as i lay you down to rest you shall not be afraid,
you will always be with me were ever i go,
in my heart and in my head,
and know that one day we will meet again.
So rest now my darling child for one day i will rest beside you.
