Red Wedding

by Amanda   Oct 30, 2007

Its her big day
Across her face spreads a smile
After the long wait
She gets to walk down the aisle

She cries happy tears
With a veil over her face
What a beautiful disaster?
The ceremony is a disgrace

The groom was gone
And then he was found
Rumors that he cheated
Were quickly spread around

He tried to keep it quiet
But the truth she eventually found
He admitted his love was in vain
She was just the rebound

She ran out of the church
With her make-up smeared
Her soul filled with pain
And a face full of tears

Life is a battle
A struggle to get through
Reality isnt a sitcom
Nothing goes on cue

Her thoughts run crazy
As she starts to run away
She'd waited for it all her life
Why'd have to be that day?

Shes out of control
So lets make a mess
See blood splatter
All over that white dress

Live fast and die young
She created her death
Made it exciting
Took her last breath

What a beautiful picture?
The death of a bride
Drop dead, gorgeous
Don't forget your pride
