Still I Rise

Ahhh this is one amazing poem. It's so uplifting it makes people feel so good about themselves. I love poem's like these because they truly lift the readers spirit :)
My favorite stanza to read was :

Bruise my skin, break a bone,
This too, time will heal,
Never will you take my spirit,
It's not yours to steal.

I have no idea why though :/ That sounds just a tad bit odd but I honestly don't know why I liked this stanza so much. Maybe it's because I can relate to this stanza more than the others.
I also love the way you have laid this poem out and the words you have used compliments the poem really well :)

i looooooved this part...it sounded like evil never wins at the end while righteous does...i felt the happy end coming...

This is a really good poem and i found much inspiration in it

This is just so amazing.
Lucky me I was searching for something and I came up with this beautiful poem !!!!

Words which drip with poison,
Will never reach my soul,
Falling for one moment,
Again, I shall rise whole.
This stanza is just so heart-wrenching...I definitely admire it, first two lines are so strong ..and last one is optimistic too =)

Lend a hand or face the flames,
Learn to love, grow wise,
No matter how they push you down,
Lift them as you rise.
last line is incredibly awesome..the whole stanza is very well-written and beautifully expressed too.

I love the poem A LOT, I think I'll add it to my fav poems, the rhyme, the rhythm & the flow went perfect in every way.
I get sooo upset when I read poems like this with these ratings/comments..people seriously lack the appreciation of good poetry !!!!!
