There Is A Place For All of Us

by Feels Like Ecstacy   Nov 3, 2007

Our lives are passing us by.
They're moving on with other things to do.
We still catch ourselves thinking,
Still wondering what to do.

We get caught in fast forward,
And then reality sets in.
It's too late to say that,
But yet we still think about it, time and time again.

Yesterday was yesterday,
And last year was last year.
We should stop worrying about the past,
There's nothing you can do with a lost tear.

There are things we wish we would have done,
But there are still things in life we must do.
I believe there is a place for us out there,
There is a place for all of you.

Live your life to the fullest,
But remember to never forget,
You have your old friends,
There are some that will stay.
You'll make new ones along the way,
And you'll remember life everyday.

Very true. :) I love it... I always imagine the future like nobody else would dare define it; and new technology? How crazy would it be if we had flying cars? :) Would they actually need gasoline? What if you run out and you're up in the air? That wouldn't be very fun at all! But let's stick to what we know, shall we? Great write, Britt. :) I loved it.
