Perfect Cadence

by Laura Lamarca   Nov 9, 2007

Melodies meander mysteries
of mind, to find lost tunes
that swoon unheard...

in chords of longing to crotchets
clinging and quavers that
savour a meaning confined.

'Til hands grope darkness to
rewrite banished hope, marking
blank words...to friendship recite

and sight is given, all errors forgiven

as love's warmth dances in
perfect cadence romance.
