That First Snow Fall

by randoms   Nov 9, 2007

I'm that first snow fall
that just melts away.

Noticed for five minutes
and then after it's as I never existed,
vanished in thin air.

But the truth is
I'm still here,
everything I've touched
is affected by me.

As I swiftly land on your cheek,
that warmth of your skin,
melts me.

...You may try to forget me,
but I'll never completely go away,
for I'm still here.
