I am here

by Brandon Lee   Nov 10, 2007

.
You feel broken, like you have been left to die.

Admist the woods for a savior you cry.

Nothing to be heard, no sign of life.

"I am here." calls out a voice from the back of your mind.

"Have no fear" It continues as it reminds you your alive.

"I am here." it continues driving you insane.

You can't help but feel comfort from it among the pain.

Anger swells up as the voice speaks once more.

"Help will come soon, of that you can be sure."

No voices in the distance. nothing seems to move.

You feel like your in a struggle you are destine to loose.

It is as if time has frozen only so you may suffer.

Why does the voice urge you to hold on just a little longer.

You feel hollow and cold, hatred for being forsaken.

You feel your faith has shaken by the immense amount of agony you have under taken.

The voice stopped speaking even though you call out to it.

It gave you comfort and it to now is gone, leaving you like this.

You pray to the heavens that you not be casted away.

Squinting you can barely make out a face.

With in minutes you are surounded by people and you know you have been saved.

"I have always been here."is the last thing you here the voice say.
