Art Work

I am art work in the making
Shown to no one till its done

The painter stops and starts
He shows pain and sorrow
Alot more than happiness

He cries, he laughs
As he moves the brush
His arms is soft and steady

He looks to the horizon and smiles
He is making my life a master piece

He may erase and redraw
I will always understand

He wants his artwork perfect
He wants my life perfect

No matter how long it will take
He will work day and night

He wants me in nature and outside
Wants trees and animals one with me

He made me a hippie
No matter how weird that sounds

I walk though the woods
I talk with the creatures

" you are one with all" he says
As he draws a new scene

A new picture to add to my gallery

" no matter who I make you,
you are my best work" He thought

As I run across the scene
finally joyful and happy

I am one with who I am
One with ... life, nature and more importantly myself

I am a master piece in the making
