Tear Them Up Not Down

by Molly May   Nov 11, 2007

Have you ever stopped and listened
To the squeaking of a mouse?
Or the ticking of a clock?
Small are they compared to the
Roar of a lion or the
Reving of an engine but
What power do those things hold besides
Intimidation over
Insecurities?
The flight of a humming bird is only
Possible by the size of its
Wings
Open your ears and
Listen to their
Flapping
So delicate and yet so
Strong
Why do such things go ignored?
Like broken spiderwebs
Hanging in the corner
Abandoned and forgotten
