Baby Boi Come Home

by lexie   Nov 15, 2007

Somedays I think,
That you're coming back,
When cars drive by,
I check to see if its you.

When the phone rings,
I pray it says your name,
I can't live like this,
The constant worry.

Wish you were here,
Like you always used to be,
When we laughed and smiled,
And laid in bed all day.

The times you'd play with my hair,
Look into my eyes and say,
"I love you so much,"
Then sing me to sleep.

Now I cry into my sheets,
Until I pass out,
I drink it down,
So I don't feel the pain.

I know you're coming back,
But can't you hurry up,
Just another month,
And things will be like old times.

So far away you are,
Wanna hold you in my arms,
Kiss you so deeply,
Baby Boi,just come home.
