Confusion in Dark

My life darkens...to the point its pitch black...
I can't find the exit... cant find the way out...
Lost in the crumbling path... can't go back...
Things we hate... and things we doubt...

Love is blind... love is tough...
It hurts... it bleeds so much...
This life I lead becomes real rough...
Just trying to remember your warm touch...

These tears I shed... as my heart bleeds...
Each word written... my eyes see...
Each taken in... as I read...
Pain and sorrow... is not new to me...

The one thing that cheers me up... broke...
A pain so real... a pain so new...
Feels so lifeless...as my heart chokes..
Feeling so dead... feeling so blue...
