Fragments

by Laura Lamarca   Nov 18, 2007

Fragments of past slice to penetrate my thoughts,
untaught errors mingled with inflicted ails,
as punishment forever prevailed reasons,
shattering strengths painted on leaded facade.

Each crack seeps acidic-tongued bile of disarray ~

concepts of truth etched in flesh of indifference,

dispersing globules of cloned clotted deceits
to spray intentional hurt at shaped ideals,
splinters amassed at varying intervals,
superglued pain reflecting survival's paned visage.
