Feeling

by Michayla   Nov 23, 2007

Sitting all day and sitting all night,
something stirring in the mind, something not right.
It's the feeling that wakes you when you're sleeping in your bed,
the feeling that makes you question your head.
Never know when it comes or when it will attack,
but wherever it is, you better watch your back.
For days come and days go,
but this dreadful thing goes to and fro.
It's the scratching of the chalkboard, the screaming of a child,
the sirens of a tornado, the squaking from the wild.
It could be a number of things anywhere,
it could be here or it could be there.
Never knowing where this strange feeling could be,
could be by you or her or even me.
One thing is for sure no matter where you are,
no matter if you are in a train or if you are in a car.
Don't be afraid of this feeling in any situation,
don't be afraid of anything or any complication.
Fear is something you should never carry,
for it only makes you weak and weary.
Have faith and trust in all that you do,
the discovery of the world could be out there for you.
