Forgiveness

I knew that I was wrong to let you walk away
There's so much more to say
I have loved and lost somebody
That is dearest to my heart

We should be together
Now you are gone
Yesterday is just a memory
Today my heart is breaking

I'm still holding on to your love
Wishing there is a chance to say I'm sorry
Thank you for all you have done for me
Hoping there is forgiveness in your heart

What do I have to do to get you back?
What do I have to say to convince your heart?
What do I have to do to get you to understand?
My love is still never ending
