Cigarette Ash

by Ashley   Nov 26, 2007

No one would ever understand,
Who she was or what she thought,
He would just smile hold her hand,
Tell her everything is alright,
No one knows what she thinks,
When she talks it's all lies,
She's drowning in these alcoholic drinks,
She pretends she is fine,
You don't see her the way I do,
Alone and trapped within herself,
If she would die, I would too,
Just to see what her insides look like,

Burning in his cigarette ashes,
Burning from her anger inside,
Burning from a flame from the matches,
She tried to let out but no one helped,
He would never understand her,
No one will theres not enought time,
But he knew there was for sure,
Somthing wrong when she tells him she's fine,
She can explain as much as she can,
whats going on in her head,
She did, to him, and off she ran,
Into a forest and hid,

Forever she can't get away,
From this thing inside her,
In her head it will always stay,
And not he will never understand it,
