Naked Skin

by Animus   Dec 14, 2007

Warm water runs over my naked skin.
I feel every loosening muscle, every wet trail.
I sink to my knees feeling such pleasure.
I close my eyes and lift my face slowly to the steady stream of water.
Strands of hair plaster to my face and head.
I lean forward and rest my palms in front of my knees.
I hang my head and let the water course over me.
I can hear it. I can hear the water falling like warm rain, all around me.
I can hear the steady beating of my heart.
Sigh then, "Oh God! It feels so good!"
I shudder with the sheer pleasure of it.
So peaceful, so calm.
Slowly I stand, never opening my eyes.
The water descends my body. Slowly, slowly.
I smile a secret smile and step out of the shower.
I wrap myself in a towel and slowly dry myself.
I then pad across the hall on bare feet and climb into bed next to you.
I lean over and kiss you softly on the cheek.
You open your eyes and look and me with such love that my heart melts.
I kiss you again on the lips and then burrow into your side.
You hold me close and lay a soft kiss on my head.
I let out a contented sigh as I drift off to sleep.
