Alligators darkness (New Version)

by Unrequited   Dec 20, 2007

Alligators taste the dreamlike flesh of the children that chisel at their teeth/ walnut pieces dipped in the water-cherry sauce/ animal lover america lover people lover/ kisses of the sky tangent to the brazen angels that ride the night/ green-blue monsters attack those that fear nothing but the afternoon with no bright lights with silver words spoken by angry tongues/ and you will open up this nightmare and fall into nowhere/ where is that?/ i don't know what you are or who you claim to be but it shakes the world into a beautiful mist covered in ash and tears/ the horizon sinks beneath the god-forsaken earth that is bound to its orbit even though the sun now breaks away/ red tide grass clippings that i hold dear to my evil-scented memories of what was and what could be/ the misery stands still... and then darkness
