Bloody Rose

I once knew this girl
She was walking on a lonely dirt road
There was a whole field of roses
She was surprised she had never seen such a thing

She went to them and smelled all of them
But a certian one stuck out
It was a black rose
and It looked so lonely

She went over to it and picked it
She held it against her
And she felt weird

All of a sudden she had a flashback
All of the memories of him and her
When they were together
When they were in love...

She tried to get out of it
But the rose wouldnt let her
She felt tears falling down her face
The rose was dead
Just like her inside

When she finally opened her eyes
She saw the rose was bleeding
And there was a name inside of it

She opened the rose
And the name was his
She threw the rose
And fled back to her house
Tears and The memories

    I think this is a really good poem. But I think your word choice could be better. Maybe you could use more descriptive words.. But all in all it was a great write. 5/5

    Wow i loved this poem alot, you did an amazing job. I love how you can see a beautiful field of roses but their was one that stuck out and it was your past which was dead, it was well done. :] this was beautiful in its own way but sad also.
