You're Just Playing Your Game.

by sexyCheckers   Dec 26, 2007

Here we go again,
Pretending we're back where we started,
And as you look into my eyes
I'll believe every one of your lies,
And leave your house at half past two
Broken hearted, Shattered by you.

Why do I let you hurt me?
I know you're just no good.
And every time I threaten to forget you,
You smile, knowing I never could.

Boy you have a hold on me,
And I had to admit it, BUt I love it.
I love when you take control,
And the fact you know you're in charge,
Because at the end of the day,
We both know you are.

And I see you with other girls,
And I'd love to tell you it breaks my heart,
But I won't let you taste my fears,
And I won't let you see my tears.

I'd give up m world
If I could be with just you,
I'd break my heart in two,
If you would need me like I needed you.

But you're just playing your game,
Keeping me at arms length,
And I'll stay being one of your options,
Because you're my only strength.
