Night

by Scarlet Angel   Dec 29, 2007

Frigid flowers
Frozen through
Rivers rushing
Soft and true

Wing thats blowing
Swift and bright
Cold moon shining
In the night

Rain that pours
From heaven a far
Death residing
In the dark

Sky as black
As ravens wing
Stars are shining
Special gleam

Owl call
And wolfs faint cry
Fearfully sad
For dawn is nigh

Mountains tremble
With the sun
Frost is banished
Warmth has come

World awakens
From slumber deep
A new day dawns
Away night creeps

All whispers fade
With hollow morn
Until the night
Again must come
