I Hate

by Kristi White   Dec 30, 2007

I hate the way you see me act.
I hate who I have become.
I hate who I am right now
as much as I hate the girl I was.
I hate my long blond hair.
I miss my shades of black.
I hate the colors I wear
representing emotions I lack.
I hate the way I talk the slang
I always swore against.
I hate the way I changed myself.
I hate the state I'm in.
I hate the friendliness inside of me.
I hate not hating the world.
I hate knowing I'm wanted;
I'm their favorite girl.
I hate this created image.
I hate myself for being fake.
I hate what he'd done to me.
I hate this stupid mistake.
I hate trying so hard
to be disappointed in the end.
It seems the only one
I fail to impress is him...
