He watched with tears
As his Guardian angel hit the ground
"Please tell me you're alive"
But there was no sound
Blood fell from her eyes
And over her heart was a big gash
It was the worst sight he's ever seen
And she felt herself crash
Her beautiful white wings, faded to black
Her bright blue eyes, are now dark gray
She's lying on the ground, motionless
He's standing there, nothing to say
He has a flashback, her fighting for his life
She stands in front of him, uses all her power
But the blast from the dark comes too strong
And stands over her like a tower
"I can't believe I did this"
The boy never knew
He didn't believe in Guardian angels
And now he knows it's true
As she takes her last breath
He begins to cry
For he let his Guardian angel
Risk her life for him, and die
Her heart stopped beating
He runs over and looks at her
And when he sees her face
Everything becomes a blur
It's the girl who loved him
But he's never realized
That the hope for him
Was always in her eyes
She died for him
He couldn't believe this was true
But the one thing he never told her
Was that he loved her, too
"I can't believe this..why?
"Why did you risk your life for me?"
Then she whispered, "Because
I thought it would make you happy."
Then her eyes shut
But he told himself to stay strong
It was hard for him to live
Knowing that his Guardian angel
was the girl he loved all along
