Black and White

Here in black and white,
I write my inner passions and turmoils for the world to see
Here on this simple sheet of paper,
I show the world and everyone around me that I have a heart
I show that beautiful girl how much I truly love her
I set my very soul on display for everyone to judge.
Here in these individually insignificant words I lay bare my soul.
Rate me,
Score me,
Think of me what you will,
I care not about your opinions except for that one beautiful girls.
Her every word means the world to me for I know she loves me with each breath she takes.
I finally found the one who I can actually love.
I know I can tell her anything and she won't judge me
I know what might turn others against me wouldn't faze her
For I know that she loves with every fibre of her being
Just as I love her with the very essence of my soul
I write here on this simple sheet of white,
more about my heart than ever perceived possible.
I write more than I ever consciously knew I felt,
These simple words are a glimpse into my heart and soul
Treasure every second it takes to read these words
For rare is the glimpse into my inner workings.
