I really like this poem the way it rhymes

This is a beautiful poem for someone you obviously care about a lot. It's cliche, yet I really enjoyed it for it's heartfelt thanks. It flowed so nicely and really spoke out to me.
Just the last line though, a minor typo, you meant to say 'every' instead of 'ever'. Just thought I'd let you know. :]
