Thru the years

Years ago she caught my eye
I tried to hide my glance
but I had to take a second look
I had to take that chance

She smiled at me and walked on by
giggling with a friend
That when our love first showed itself
A love that will never end

Shes amazing in so many ways
But sometimes i fail to see
Just why she care for me so much
What does she see in me

She reads Gods Word, she loves the Lord
The girls she taught to pray
Shes always called upon the Lord
to provide their spouse someday

Shes the one that God gave me
there to have and there to hold
I'm glad she agreed to rich or poor
because trust me there is no gold

Somehow she has loved me all these years
she has been a friend most all my life
The lady God has blessed me with
Thats Kim who i call my wife

    Oh wow such a beautiful dedication to what I am sure is such a lovely lady. God does send people into our lives that are so amazing. You seem to be one of the lucky ones. I am glad she provides your earthly happiness and God can provide the eternal happiness.
