Are you sure? She asked, with a frown adorning her not-so-beautiful face.
Well, yeah, why not? Whats the worst that can happen? He reasoned.
He was not the most brilliant star in the sky, but She took his word for it and opened the bottle.
It was not the smartest thing to do, but She never claimed to be very intelligent.
It stung her eyes, burned her throat, and went down, where it settled in her stomach.
Alcohol never was her best friend, but they did get together occasionally.
Dizzy now, full of giggles now, She laughed at the empty bottle in her hand.
He now glanced at her and scrutinized her every movement.
He knew this was a stupid idea.
He knew it. He knew it. He knew it.
She spun in circles, in circles she spun.
And down She went, into a heap on the floor.
He wasnt too sure of what to do, so he called Her over.
This wasnt new to Her.
She slowly opened her eyes to an image of Her.
But He was nowhere in sight.
He was ten thousand miles away.
Yet standing alone in his basement of a room.
One floor underneath them.
Crying his eyes dry, and laughing all at the same time.
She gathered herself up off of the floor.
With little help from Her.
After all, they were not the best of friends.
So as She spewed her innards upon the floor.
Screaming her lungs raw, and cursing that He caused this, He caused her pain.
Her thoughts were not all that different.
