Curse of Beauty

by Sharon   Jan 15, 2008

No one seems to know her name
her beauty is her claim to fame
Other's don't dare to get near
From her perfection they stay clear

She only wishes to be loved
But no one can seem to rise above
The fear that they're not good enough
So by herself is where she's stuck

I'm also scared of not being appreciated for who I am and ending up alone. I think in the end it works out though.

I thought your poem flowed well and I enjoyed it.
