Don't look back.

by Danielle   Jan 15, 2008

I hate the way it stares me down
Taunting everything that's me.
It's not something to be proud of,
I wish it couldn't see.

I walk right by and look away,
As if it doesn't exist.
But it makes me stop and stare ahead,
That sight is never missed.

It's not something you'd want to see,
I try to avoid it every day.
If I look, it raises the hate I have,
And this is what it was to say..

I hate the way you stare me down
Taunting everything that I see.
Your not something to be proud of,
I wish you were never me.

My reflection.
