How did you see?
Past my smiles all the pain
That kept in the tears
That kept me from going insane

How did you see?
The story through my eyes
That told of my past
Which I cover up with lies

How did you see?
I was becoming cold hearted
Pushing people out of my life
Stopping love before it started
