Another Day.

by kimberlie   Jan 20, 2008

Another day,
Drips slowly on,
As tears Begin to fall,
And thoughts Begin to dawn.
I cut the skin deeper,
And blood covers the floor,
The sound of the dripping,
Makes me ask for more.
So I cut again,
Deeper this time,
I fall to my knees,
Asking God please,
Please let the pain end,
I'm tired.
These thoughts in my head i cannot say,
I'm so glad,
I don't have to stay.
I fall lace first into a pool of blood,
As i close my eyes,
I feel my choice is wise,
My body goes numb,
I no longer feel,
The pain that i had,
Was just to real.
But now it's gone,
And so am I,
The life that i lived was all a lie,
But now,
I can close my eyes.
So tell my friends i said good-bye,
I'm happy now I don't have to stay,
I'm happy now,
I don't have too face another day.

This poem has emotion and feelings. The way you used your punctuations could use a little bit of work but other than that i would say this is a very good poem. Keep up the good work and you could go far.
