A 1000 Shattered Pieces

by Isabella   Jan 21, 2008

The small sparkling diamonds,
on my bedroom floor.
Memories of a life,
that is no more.

Raindrops of acid rain,
keeps falling to the ground.
Rivers of red,
is staining my arm.

Never again shall I see,
the world of despair.
My eyes so wet,
is red from the tears I've shet.

Beautiful imaginary dream,
how I long for you to be what you seem.
You are but a fading scream,
a mere echo of a long lost dream.
