Naomi

Her family's whack
prolly on crack
she sits there
confused and alone
her friends say
"were her for you
and together we'll get through"
she sits there crying
when she hears her parents fighting
the baby's crying
her sisters are scared
she sits waiting for day
the time school will come
her friends just don't understand
she has no where to go.
she hurts herself to get attention
maybe then someone will help
she walks through school, dead to the world
her eyes show everything
and still her friends pass her by.
her problems swirl around her head
she wished she was dead.
school ends and her fears are heard
"where is god now?" she mutters
sitting in her room.
she's had enough
no more pain she would endure.
she'll never see her baby brother
grow into a man
never have to hear her sisters
crys in the room over.
She was going to end it
stop all this pain..
She'd find a way to make them listen.
she walks to her room and takes out her razor
this is it she thinks to herself
maybe now the pain will leave.
maybe now her parents would see
how much they were hurting them.
She falls to the floor
as the blackness surrounds.
the last words she ever said was
"Now you'll see how much you were hurting me."
